What the site collects
The site does not operate an account system, accept uploads or store consultation-form entries. It does not set advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not use a visitor analytics service. Basic technical request information, such as IP address, request time and requested URL, may be processed by the hosting provider to deliver and secure the site.
The delivered site uses locally served assets and system fonts. Following an external resource, social profile or agency link takes you to a separate provider with its own privacy practices.
Calls and email drafts
A phone link asks your device to begin a call. A direct email link or the conversation-starter form asks your email application to open a draft. Nothing is sent by the site when the draft is prepared. You review and send the message through your own email application.
If you send Jessica an email or call her, she receives the information you choose to share and can use it to respond to the inquiry and discuss brokerage services. Do not send account passwords, wire instructions, identification documents, detailed financial records or sensitive case documents through the conversation-starter form.
Sharing, records and your questions
Information sent directly to the brokerage may be handled by its email, telephone and professional service providers and retained as needed for the inquiry, transaction records or legal obligations. This website does not sell visitor information or automatically enroll a visitor in marketing messages.
To ask about information you have sent or request correction or deletion where applicable, contact jessica@azinvests.com or (480) 678-0365. Some professional or legal record-retention obligations may limit deletion. If the site later adds analytics, a CRM form or other integrations affecting visitors, this notice needs to be updated to describe that actual operation.
