Agave provides general real estate guidance and ways to request a consultation. Any brokerage representation is established through a separate written agreement. The website inquiry form gives Jessica permission to respond by phone or email about that inquiry.
SMS Terms
When enabled, the Agave Homes & Investments LLC broker alert program sends private operational notices to the designated broker’s authorized business mobile number when a new website inquiry is saved. The broker chooses whether to enroll and gives direct verbal consent after hearing the program disclosures.
Message frequency varies with inquiry activity. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
